We at Acquisition International have gained a wealth of experience in dealing with complex M&A transactions over the last 10 years, across a wide range of sectors.
We underpin all of our advice with out tried and tested M&A Framework. We have built the framework over many years of collective experience gained by our consultants, which enables us to provide a (nearly) jargon-free set of processes and tools to help our clients understand, plan and manage their bespoke M&A programmes.
Everything within the M&A Framework (below) is built around the Transaction Lifecycle, which is split into 7 phases:
Our M&A framework and the individual phases are applicable to a range of different transactions; however the programme structure and the chronological order of the 7 phases, will depend on the contextual factors of the deal.
Supporting each of the 7 phases are a range of practical tools and templates, designed for differing situations and varying levels of complexity, in order to make the planning and implementation of the programme as efficient as possible.
